Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Frames

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
